Today, it’s the second rest day with the usual press conference. The Tour is reaching it’s denouement and we had to deal with various highlights and low points.
The loss of Frank is definitely one of the biggest low point. We really miss him, however the team is there to surround me and give me super support. Incredible!

I really enjoyed my days in the yellow jersey and I'll certainly do my best to win it back. A lot has been said about my mechanical problem. Alberto and I talked about it and he said to me that it was simply something that’s part of racing. I told him that it’s all fine now. The Tour de France is going to be won by the rider with the best legs, and there is certainly going to be a great battle between the two of us tomorrow. That’s all there is to it!

Today, I'll enjoy the rest day. The tour is not finished yet and Paris is getting closer. That’s why these coming days are the days of truth and I’m really looking forward to that.
